We butcher once a month and ask shareholders to practice nose-to-tail eating. We plan for one whole hog and one whole sheep, goat, or combination annually per full share, plus one whole bird or rabbit each week. On average, it comes out to 4-5 pounds per week, not including fat, soup bones, and offal. There may be an adjustment period to get used to whole animal use and what cuts are available.

Eggs

  • Weekly - Chicken, Duck, Quail

  • Seasonally - Goose, Turkey, Guineas Fowl

Raw Dairy **

  • Goat milk, Yogurt, Kefir

** Part of your membership includes joining our herdshare program, where you legally own part of our goat herd and access to raw dairy. We ask that you familiarize yourselves with the possible risks and benefits of raw milk before joining.
